- 1 pound elbow macaroni
- 4 ounces turkey bacon, chopped
- 4 ounces chicken ham, diced
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Cook macaroni according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy, then add chicken ham and sauté for 2 minutes.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
- Gradually whisk in milk and cream, and cook until thickened.
- Add cheeses, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; stir until melted.
- Combine the cheese sauce with the macaroni and meat mixture.
- Transfer to a baking dish and bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
