Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and crumble.
  2. Add onion and garlic to the pot, sautéing until soft.
  3. Pour in chicken broth and add diced potatoes. Bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender.
  5. Stir in corn and heavy cream, adding paprika, salt, and pepper. Heat through.
  6. Serve hot, topped with crumbled turkey bacon.
