  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup bell peppers, diced
  • 1/2 cup onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions, then drain.
  2. In a skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add chicken breast and cook until browned, then dice.
  4. Add bell peppers, onion, and garlic to the skillet and sauté until soft.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and add Cajun seasoning, stirring to combine.
  6. Add the cooked pasta and mix well.
  7. Fold in the diced turkey bacon and Parmesan cheese.
