  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 cups baby spinach

Instructions

  1. In a pot, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  4. Add mushrooms, carrot, and bell pepper; cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Add potstickers to the pot and cook until they are heated through.
  6. Stir in soy sauce and spinach, cooking until spinach wilts.
  7. Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
