- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with liners.
- In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add softened butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon for the topping.
