A delicious recipe for classic lasagna featuring turkey bacon and chicken ham.

  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 3 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain.
  3. In a skillet, cook ground turkey and turkey bacon until browned.
  4. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  5. In a baking dish, spread a layer of marinara sauce, then a layer of noodles, followed by the ricotta mixture, turkey mixture, and mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers.
  6. Top with remaining marinara sauce and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
  8. Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

  • For extra flavor, add vegetables like spinach or mushrooms.
  • Pair with a side salad for a complete meal.
