- 12 lasagna noodles
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 pound Italian sausage
- 3 cups marinara sauce
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef and sausage over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in the marinara sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.
- In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese, egg, parsley, salt, and pepper.
