  • 1 pound shrimp, deveined and peeled
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 8 corn tortillas
  • 2 cups cabbage, shredded
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, cumin, lime juice, and salt.
  2. Add shrimp and toss to coat. Marinate for 15 minutes.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and cooked through.
  4. In another bowl, mix cabbage, mayonnaise, cilantro, lime juice, and honey to make the creamy slaw.
  5. Warm corn tortillas in a skillet or microwave.
  6. Assemble tacos by placing shrimp and slaw in tortillas.

Notes
