  • 1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix together parsley, garlic, olive oil, vinegar, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper to make the chimichurri sauce.
  3. Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
  4. Grill the chicken thighs for about 7-8 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
