  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 3 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella, Parmesan, parsley, and garlic powder.
  4. Spread a layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Place a lasagna noodle on a clean surface, fill it with the chicken mixture, and roll it up.
  6. Place the rolled noodles seam-side down in the baking dish.
  7. Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over the rolls and sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
