Chicken Alfredo Lasagna Rolls

  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
  3. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  4. Spread a layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture on each noodle and roll it up.
  6. Arrange the rolled noodles in the baking dish, seam side down.
  7. Top with remaining Alfredo sauce and sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
