  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine granulated sugar and melted butter.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla extract, mix well.
  4. In a separate bowl, sift together cocoa powder, flour, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until fully combined.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased 9-inch springform pan.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. For the cheesecake layer, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
