Caramel Brownie Cheesecake

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 cups cream cheese
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well mixed. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla.
  4. Add the melted chocolate chips to the mixture and mix until fully combined.
  5. Pour the cheesecake batter over the crust in the springform pan.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set.
  7. Remove from oven and let cool. Drizzle with caramel sauce and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
