- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups cream cheese
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well mixed. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla.
