  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the pumpkin puree and melted butter together.
  3. Add both sugars and mix until well combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and vanilla, then add to the pumpkin mixture.
  5. In another bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  6. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  7. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  8. Bake for about 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
