Broccoli Cheddar Pasta Salad

An easy and delicious recipe for Broccoli Cheddar Pasta Salad that is wholesome and perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, broccoli, and cheese.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream, apple cider vinegar, sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and mix until well combined.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
