Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, and melted butter.
  3. Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  4. Fold in the cooked turkey bacon.
  5. Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and drop spoonfuls of the batter onto the skillet.
  6. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
