  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 2 teaspoons curry powder

  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 lime, juiced

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix coconut milk, curry powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and lime juice.
