  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 3/4 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
  3. Cut in the cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Gently fold in the blueberries.
  5. Add the milk and stir until just combined.
  6. Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead gently.
  7. Roll out to about 1-inch thickness and cut into biscuits.
  8. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
