  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy.
  2. Add the mixed vegetables and garlic, stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Push the mixture to the side and add the beaten eggs, scrambling them until fully cooked.
  4. Stir in the cooked rice, soy sauce, and sesame oil, mixing well.
  5. Add the green onions, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
