- 12 large pasta shells
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 jar marinara sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat, breaking it up with a spoon.
- Add garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the beef and mix well.
- In a bowl, combine the cooked beef, ricotta cheese, and half of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
- Stuff each pasta shell with the beef mixture and place them in a baking dish.
- Pour marinara sauce over the stuffed shells and sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
