  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.
  3. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned; drain excess fat.
  4. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the beef, stirring to combine.
  5. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, half of the mozzarella, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning.
  6. Stuff each pasta shell with the beef mixture, then place them in a baking dish.
  7. Pour marinara sauce over the stuffed shells, then sprinkle with remaining mozzarella.
  8. Bake covered for 25 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes until bubbly.
