  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce

  • 8 corn tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey bacon in a pan until crispy, then chop into pieces.
  2. In three separate bowls, set up your dredging station with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs.
  3. Dip each shrimp into the flour, then the egg, then the breadcrumbs.
  4. Fry the shrimp in hot oil until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha for the sauce.
  6. Warm the corn tortillas in a skillet.
  7. Assemble the tacos by placing shrimp, chopped turkey bacon, shredded cabbage, and drizzle with the sauce.
  8. Garnish with cilantro and serve with lime wedges.
