  • 1 egg, beaten

Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and crumble.
  2. In the same skillet, add bell pepper, green onions, and garlic; sauté until softened.
  3. Add the cooked rice, crumbled bacon, soy sauce, sesame oil, and sriracha; stir well.
  4. Push the rice to one side of the skillet and pour the beaten egg on the other side; scramble until cooked.
