  • 4 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/2 pound turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 pound chicken ham, diced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the macaroni according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  3. In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for about 1 minute.
  4. Gradually whisk in the milk, stirring continuously until the mixture thickens.
  5. Add the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, and then stir in the cheese until melted.
  6. Combine the cooked macaroni, turkey bacon, and chicken ham with the cheese sauce.
  7. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and sprinkle additional cheese on top.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
