BAKED FETA PASTA

Baked feta pasta is a delicious and simple dish that your family will adore, combining creamy feta with perfectly cooked pasta and vibrant vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 1 block feta cheese
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 8 ounces pasta of your choice
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a baking dish, combine feta cheese and cherry tomatoes. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder and red pepper flakes.
  3. Bake for 30 minutes or until the feta is soft and slightly golden.
  4. Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  5. Once the feta is done, mix the baked feta and tomatoes with the cooked pasta. Add chopped basil and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Serve warm, garnished with additional basil if desired.
