Baked Brie with Fig Jam and Pecans

Enjoy a deliciously rich baked Brie topped with sweet fig jam and crunchy pecans.

Ingredients

  • 1 round Brie cheese
  • 1/2 cup fig jam
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place the Brie cheese on a baking dish.
  3. Spread the fig jam over the top of the Brie.
  4. Sprinkle the chopped pecans over the jam.
  5. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle fresh rosemary on top.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the cheese is soft and gooey.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
