5-Ingredient Stovetop Mac and Cheese

A simple and delicious stovetop mac and cheese recipe using just five ingredients, including turkey bacon for added flavor!

  • 8 ounces elbow macaroni
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1/2 cup milk

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add the elbow macaroni.
  2. Cook according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.
  3. In the same pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then chop into pieces.
  4. Add the cooked macaroni back to the pot, then stir in milk and cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
  5. Fold in the chopped turkey bacon and serve hot.

Notes

  • For a creamier texture, add more milk as needed.
  • Feel free to substitute the turkey bacon with regular bacon if preferred.
